Day out (not a healthy day)
Today was not at all healthy, but I was out with friends and decided to just enjoy it. Day 16 - To Eat or Not to Eat?
Well, obviously one must eat to live. Furthermore, I believe in eating enough, i.e. no starvation diets or extreme restriction. Starving yourself does not lead to long-term weight loss because you end up gaining it back, and that’s not what I want. Also, when I get too hungry, I am very irritable, so for me, eating small portions often is the best way to go.
