Watched “The Devil Wears Prada” (again), since I gave up on sleeping.
I love this movie, and I’m usually not a chick flick person. Also, it’s excellent motivation. Every time I’m about to eat something awful, I will imagine both my love for fashion (motivation from the start), and Miranda Priestly’s icy gaze upon me. “Really, Emily? Pizza again?”
Hey, say what you want about the unhealthy effects of a shaming… it works.
