I am a 21-year-old college student. In spring of 2011 I found myself at the largest I have ever been: 5'3" and 165 lbs. At that moment I decided to start making changes.

TO DO: decrease my portions, eat better quality food, stay active

NEVER: deprive myself of enjoying life, lose weight in an unhealthy way

Day X: Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have?

I absolutely always eat breakfast. Generally I eat bread or cereal of some kind. At school, I am most likely to eat either cereal with almond milk, or oatmeal. When I have cereal with milk, it is usually Kashi, Special K, or occasionally Cheerios or Raisin Bran or something.

When I’m home, I sometimes have toast with cheese instead. I have access at home to better bread, and a toaster. At school, I’d have to go to the caf to make toast so I just don’t.

I love other breakfast foods like bagels, waffles, donuts, crepes, blini, etc. but those are treat foods for me, not normal breakfasts.
