Savoring Health

I am a 21-year-old college student. In spring of 2011 I found myself at the largest I have ever been: 5'3" and 165 lbs. At that moment I decided to start making changes.

TO DO: decrease my portions, eat better quality food, stay active

NEVER: deprive myself of enjoying life, lose weight in an unhealthy way

Tomorrow’s meal plan (well, today’s)

  • Breakfast: V8 juice
  • Brunch/Lunch/Whatever: One biscuit, as much fruit as I want
  • Dinner: 1-2 (depending on size) slices of wheat toast, very lightly buttered, and vegetables (raw or cooked, depending on what’s available)
  • Snacks: cereal or granola if absolutely necessary to eat

Plan for the day:

  • yoga
  • breakfast
  • get ready to do webcasting for basketball games (gag)
  • run to caf to steal lunch to go
  • do webstreaming graphics for a painfully long period of time
  • dinner when I am finished
  • workout either at the gym or on the wii with roommate, or both
  • try to actually get some schoolwork done or at least reading
