Savoring Health

I am a 21-year-old college student. In spring of 2011 I found myself at the largest I have ever been: 5'3" and 165 lbs. At that moment I decided to start making changes.

TO DO: decrease my portions, eat better quality food, stay active

NEVER: deprive myself of enjoying life, lose weight in an unhealthy way

Current size: US size 4-6

Calling all vegans (especially those in college!)

Vegan meals (preferably ones that don’t involve cooking with oil) that I can eat on a college meal plan, and that don’t require me to buy a ton of groceries. I’d really like to use the basics available to me at the cafeteria as much as possible. There’s bread, fruit, raw veggies, salad, etc… but I want different ways to combine those things so it doesn’t get painfully repetitive. Please help!!!!

thank you! ♥
