I am a 21-year-old college student. In spring of 2011 I found myself at the largest I have ever been: 5'3" and 165 lbs. At that moment I decided to start making changes.

TO DO: decrease my portions, eat better quality food, stay active

Day XV: What is your favourite kind of exercise?

In terms of planned workouts, my favorite things to do are walking, elliptical, and pilates. I also love things like “Just Dance” for wii, which barely feel like a workout because they’re really fun!
