I am a 21-year-old college student. In spring of 2011 I found myself at the largest I have ever been: 5'3" and 165 lbs. At that moment I decided to start making changes.

TO DO: decrease my portions, eat better quality food, stay active

I am super excited about tomorrow because it’s fish friday. Easily pleased, what can I say.

My “cheat day” for the week may be Saturday since I will be at an event for breakfast and lunch and may have very limited food choices… not sure if the catering will include any healthy options, but I’ll try my best!
